Who we are

WordTrail is a word search game for Android (package com.mabi3ati.wordtrail). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Mabi3ati. Questions go to hello@mabi3ati.com.

What we collect

Game progress. Your levels, stars, coins, power-ups, daily streak and settings. Stored on your device only / stored with your account (choose one).
Device and usage data. Device model, Android version, language, app version, crash reports and basic in-game events such as levels played. We use it to fix bugs and improve the game.
Advertising identifiers. Only if the game shows ads: your Android advertising ID, used by our ad partners to show and measure ads.
Purchases. If you buy coins or boosters, Google Play processes the payment. We receive confirmation that a purchase happened, not your card details.

We do not ask for your name, contact list, precise location, photos or microphone.

How we use it

To run the game, save your progress and give you daily rewards.
To find and fix crashes and balance the difficulty of levels.
To deliver and measure ads, if the game contains ads.
To keep the game secure and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers that help us run the game: Google Play (distribution and payments), analytics and crash reporting provider, e.g. Firebase, and ad network, if any. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

Randomized rewards

The Daily Mystery Chest gives a random reward of coins or boosters. Add the drop rates here if your chest has fixed odds. The daily chest is free to open.

Children

Choose one: WordTrail is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it. (If you target children, Google Play's Families Policy applies and this section must change.)

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. To remove progress stored on your device, clear the app's storage or uninstall WordTrail. To ask us to delete data we hold about you, email hello@mabi3ati.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Your choices and rights

You can reset your Android advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device's Google settings. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or object to certain processing. Email us to use these rights.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect data, but no app or network is perfectly secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
